This method can help you make connections between how your past affects the present - so you can continue through life without the shadow of the past lurking behind. I am certified in EMDR, and ready to guide you through what can feel like a very vulnerable experience.

As a therapist, and a human who has experienced my own EMDR therapy, I am a huge advocate for EMDR. This practice allows me to facilitate and witness clients making connections and creating change that feels profound and is long lasting. I have seen clients have insights in one session that they weren’t able to find after a year of traditional therapy.
